my push just updated to 11.3.10
i disconnected all cables only ac/dc

Mine runs good i think it's a machine driver problem not Ableton.
Windows update's install updates etc. but not the latest or the best drivers.

Recently discoverd that on my machine windows here that i missed, outdated or there better drivers for it.
Snappy driver installer solved a lot of problems (like click and pops in Ableton)
it's developed by volunteers in their spare time.
And free, supports of many laguages.
