Re: How do I midi map on Push 3 Standalone?
In a similar way to what Elisabeth Homeland has done with the LFO mapper for the Push 3 (you can find it on her Gumroad page), what I have done based on her patch is create an M4L that sends the CC signals to another M4L patch . In this second patch we select the CC channel we want to listen to and...

Re: MIDI Port-specific mapping
Ableton, can we get a response to MIDI ports please? This is a significant limitation specifically with Ableton for trying to conserve CPU, whether you're doing orchestra or not. Since Ableton doesn't provide any way to completely disable tracks, we are forced to rely on 3rd-party M4L devices like ...

Re: Morphing transitions for Macro Variations
If you're using a Push 2 or 3 then this is a feature of our OctoPush template at IsotonikStudios.com
Otherwise Dillon Bastan's Markov Variations offers some functionality in a MaxforLive device, also available in the store....

Re: I think I've built the most versatile MIDI Controller (am I crazy?)
So you're saying that all of the display is a screen with the physical controls being fixed... I feel the same as you with regards to touchscreens for most controls but they do offer a nice solution for touch strip style control that you may consider, as well as menu diving... Other than that though...

Re: load presets on the fly ?
Yes, so far ClyphX Pro is my best option I think.. but honestly it's very hard to maintain in a big set, and _between_ sets. Maybe I'm missing something here: even if we're not talking about keeping presets between sets, how do you switch between presets with ClyphX Pro ? Again, one example of my u...

Re: load presets on the fly ?
ClyphX Pro runs on the control surface thread so less than 25ms, MaxforLive runs on a low priority thread and stacks it's calls so you may wait a while with lots of recalled parameters... ClyphX the free version will be significantly slower of course as it's development stopped a long time ago bar t...

Re: Link Sliders to Channels?
This is done by activating a controller as a control surface within the top half of Ableton Lives MIDI Preferences screen, I don;'t have any knowledge of your specific controller features however.

Re: Launchkey MK2 faders aren't mapped to track volumes
You need to select it as a control surface in the top half of the preferences window, it has nothing to do with MIDI Mapping.
