Allow VST3 plugins to output MIDI pitch bend and control changes.
This was added to the VST3 spec over a year ago (version 3.6.13).

Push 2 parameter tabs/banks
I like the drum synths from the Max for Live Essentials Pack, but they don't work very well with Push 2. Only 8 seemingly random parameters are editable on the control surface, which won't do at all :-(
