Ableton has never fixed this. It has been brought up for years. Nearly if not every Windows laptop or hybrid on the market has a multitouch trackpad but it isn't supported.

Was Live designed and advertised as a touch-capable app? Nope. Just use mouse and keyboard or go Bitwig .
