I'm also having the same issue as Mson, Shift+Session isn't putting my Push 2 into arrange mode. I'm on Live 9.7.1 and Max 7.3.1, and I'm using the latest version of Push-ArrangeMode (using the Push2-ArrangeMode.amxd file, I assume that's the correct one for Push 2).
