Do you have 'Normalize' checked when exporting? Maybe those tracks had some peaks going into the red and were normalized to 0dB?

Are you using Melodyne on that track? Once you've loaded audio into Melodyne, it takes over that part of the track and plays the contents of its editor instead. You're looking at a MIDI track. Warping is done to audio tracks. By its very nature, MIDI will simply follow the project's tempo, no need for warping.
