Help with double-triggering problem
I played a gig last night and the drum pads on my Akai MPK49 started double-triggering notes in the drum rack it was routed to in Live. This has never happened before. Any ideas what could cause this and how to remedy? thanks for your help

adjusting the overall drum rack volume
I can't figure out how to adjust the overall volume of a drum rack from inside the actual rack. I am using session drums and can adjust each chain individually, but how to you adjust the overall output of the rack from inside...not by using the track fadar?
thanks

Can you make a blank audio clip?
Hi, How can I take a clip and add blank space in front of it? Let's say I have a 30 second audio clip, but I need to add 30 seconds of silence in front of it so that it plays in time when I launch a scene in session view...what is the easiest way to do that? for example. I am in session view and I h...

Re: managing a lot of program changes in session view
one tip that helps with follow actions' settings. select a clip to open clip view, select a BUNCH of clips (shift-click, ctrl-click, drag select) then you can change all the follow actions at once. I do this often to turn 'next' into 'no action' and back. I'm not following (no pun intended) how arr...

managing a lot of program changes in session view
Hi, I have a song with 10 or so program changes programmed in arrangement view for a particular hardware module. I have all 10 program changes as separate clips in a midi track. It works great because I can have the program changes happen exactly where I want in the timeline automatically. However, ...

Use an instrument rack. -a mention of the chain selector to move between Samplers would probably be helpful. load all the Sampler versions into a rack, right click to even distribute the chain selector then assign the chain selector to a midi controller, as you move the controller you'll be going f...

help / workaround for session view / midi keyboard problem
Hi I was hoping someone might have an idea or workaround for a problem I am having. I hope there is an easy solution that I am just not seeing. I want to use "scenes" in session view to organize several different songs. Each song will basically be in a separate scene. However, I realized t...

You could send both tracks to one return track and then just solo that return track (this behaviour works like this in L7 not L6). Or in the preferences you can set solo to be non-exclusive so that you can manually solo more than one track at the same time. Does this help? Thanks. I was hoping Live...
