Re: "Exempt" Track from Master Automation?
Here's one suggestion I just thought of: Print the master track without the track you want to exempt from the master automation data. Then add the master and the exempt track to a two track project and re-print without volume automation. The problem with that method though is that the performer (if ...

"Exempt" Track from Master Automation?
My master automation mutes everything a bunch of times, but I want one track to not go mute with the master. It's not a huge project, only 21 tracks at the moment, but I'd rather not individually mute the 20 tracks that I want mute; it would be nice to be able to use the master and "exempt"...

macro adjust automation?
The entire song is too hot. Is there a macro volume adjustment for automation, so I don't have to adjust the tracks individually?

How do you Delete Automation Points without Audio
In the Arrangement View, how do you delete multiple automation points at once without deleting the audio behind it as well?

Re: Quickly Retrieve Recorded Samples from Previous Project File
Gonna answer my own question: I don't know what would be under the down arrows (though you can definitely click to make the point down), but to get the track you're seeing under the project file (that you're looking at in Current Project), just click and drag it into the arrangement view. Keep in mi...

Quickly Retrieve Recorded Samples from Previous Project File
How come I can't retrieve recorded samples from "Current Project" under the "Categories Section" of the Browser in Ableton?
I see all the different project files (v1.49, v1.50, v1.51, etc.) and the tracks, but there's nothing under the arrows down arrows.

How do you create a navigation market in Melodyne?
You know how you can drop markers at the top of the editor view in Ableton? To mark the different song sections: verse, chorus, verse 2, chorus, bridge, etc? How do you do that in Melodyne? I'm going back and forth between Ableton and Melodyne here, and it would be way easier to stay oriented in Mel...

Re: "Pika!" - Change Tempo Without Slowing/Speeding Regions
Are those answers or are y’all clarifying my question? I need it to be unwarped, unslowed, unstretched. The sample needs to stay the speed it is when I adjust the tempo of the song.

"Pika!" - Change Tempo Without Slowing/Speeding Regions
Whenever I change the tempo, my samples slow down.
How do I slow down the tempo without slowing the samples? They're real audio, not midi.
I took Pikachu's battle cry out of Pokemon yellow on my gameboy color...But I need him to sound normal, not like he's drunk, "Piiiikaaaaaaa."

Best Method - Duck Everything Except One Part
I want to make everything momentarily duck except a certain guitar part. Is there a faster method than automating the volume down on everything except it?

Re: Bitrate Measurement
In audio production, we talk about sample rate and bit depth. A CD has a sample rate of 44100 samples per second and a bit depth of 16 bits. Preferably, Ableton and your streaming software are set to the same values. Your audio interface can only support one rate/depth at a time. Bit rate is someth...
