Hi.

Ableton Push lets you draw stepped parameter envelopes into your clips. Afaik, Python control surface scripts enables us to achieve the same behaviour.
Am I right? If so, is this the one and only way?

We can (somewhat) step modulate envelopes using Push. It would be great if we had access to this function with max. Especially the Arrangement view.

Even though the notes I press on my keyboard light up on Push, I can't insert them into the sequence – only notes last pressed on Push are inserted. I want to use the keyboard to pick these notes. The problem is that the change is not sudden enough. It doesn't jump, it glides.

I have two clips set to follow each other (play next on the 1st, play previous on the 2nd). Now when I press play, the the first note of both clips play together. What's the problem?

Most parameters don't appear in parameter list. Can't record it real-time either, except for those that do appear there. Any ideas?
