My Buffersize was to low 1 Vector = 64 samples
I bring it up to 128 samples and now it seems the crackles with open GUI are gone.

Izotope, u-he, Addictive Drums... adjusting any presets, tweaking parameters, etc all producing horrible crackling and audio glitches.
