If not then you might need to install the pack in the packs section of the browser

Have you tried adjusting your audio buffer settings? Try changing the latency buffer size under audio preferences. You will probably have a 'hardware setup' button under Audio Device on the same tab too, which should give you more audio buffer settings, but this varies between audio interfaces. Gene...
