Hi, I think it has to do with the concepts behind "clips" versus "tracks". If I'm reading you correctly, you want the automation to control parameters of a track, and the clips in that track to follow that automation. The thing is, though, automation does not seem to be stored at...

Because that's what causing the latency. It's audio-related, not midi.

(And your MPK only does midi, not audio)

Could it be that you're using the on-board sound card of your computer?
If so, a real one should fix your problems.

You're probably not dragging the samples into your personal folder, but the clips containing those samples (hence the extra conversion stuff). Check "current project", under "places" in the project browser. You should then see a folder named "samples", in the window bes...

Old post.. So for what it's worth.. (or did you fix the problem already?) I have made sure the in cable is plugged into the out and the out cable is plugged into the in on the foot pedal If you want Live to recognise signals coming from your pedal, you should connect the cable to the "out"...
