I really don't think this is actually possible at the moment as annoyingly i don't think the KK software sends or reports MIDI itself yet.
The only alternative is to use the instrument outside of KK and put the keyboard into MIDI mode and use Ableton's macros as normal and map them that way.

Waves Tune is of a really nice quality and very natural sounding. I tried them all and eventually went for this as it was very quick, user friendly and the results were very natural. You can get it for a silly price atm too, $29 i think.
