Did you pre order an upgrade to Live 11? I ordered upgrade from L10 suite to L11 suite and after checkout it was on my account instantly. No idea about intro upgrades. If ur waiting for a free update, if it’s warranted, that could take a while maybe. they said live 10 owner gets free update to live...

Mine was instant. Unless there is something that needs to be sorted out with the payment, card could have placed a hold on the transaction. The license and invoice should have been generated automatically after checkout.

Hi pal, I've always wanted to change my old mk1 MPK mini style, the best solution are finding a 3D printing service near or online with sending them a picture of the size of the knob and the D shaped hole fit with ruler.
