Update.
I have deleted 2 plugins from Brainworx the BX Reverb and BX Delay.
This has allowed me to get the song back at least.
Thanks,
Alex.

Ableton 10 Crashing
Hi all. I have a song I have been working on for some time that crashed today and I cannot get back into the song. The recovery process doesn't work. So I am left wondering what I can do about it. I think some auto updates occurred today and yesterday to Ableton and its been volatile like loosing al...

Re: Macbook Pro & Thunderbolt 3 USB-C
Hi guys.
Thanks for this.
In the end I opted for a Plugable TB3 Dock.
Nitvyesyecbyrt but it seems well built and decent ratings. Cost me £125.
Cheers,
Alex.

Hi there.
Ok that's great. No known speed or other issues from adding something in-between?
Cheers,
Alex.

Macbook Pro & Thunderbolt 3 USB-C
Hi there. Has anyone had any experience moving to a newer MacBook (2016 onwards) with only TB3/USB-C connectivity. If so, how did you work with your Push or any other legacy USB devices for that matter. I want to swap my Mac out for newer model sooner rather than later but I am aware it will cause m...

Re: Using External Hard Drives
Hiya thanks for this. I am currently consolidating all my data to one borrowed large ext hard drive. I have done a clean install on my Mac and am now just throwing on very minimal software set - Ableton, plug-ins, VDJ, iTunes library etc. From there I have decided to buy 2 x 1TB external SSD drives ...

Re: Using External Hard Drives
Hi again.
I was looking this product as a potential one size fits all t get me started without spending too much.
Any thoughts?

Rugged Raid Pro or Shuttle - don't thin the Shuttle version is available yet.
Cheers,
Al.

Using External Hard Drives
Hi all and thanks for looking. I have read that it is preferable to use ext hard drives for some elements of Ableton? However, to apply some context - my Mac broke last week and it's not repairable, not by me anyway. It worked well and had a 500gb SSD internally so it had decent space and was quick....

Mute a Wave Snippet
Hi there. Is there a really quick way to mute / turn off a wave section on the Arrangement timeline? In Cubase it was a simply right click on that section of audio and mute. This just greyed out that section of audio, while keeping the rest of that track live. Usefull and mega quick when auditioning...
