Also make sure your USB does not shut down to conserve power. Go to settings and adjust.

In the Radeon software go to the general tab scroll down on right and disable AMD user experience program.

Hi just to inform some with AMD graphic card software as was in my case the "AMD User Experience Program" was on and it caused the cpu spikes I was having in Ableton Live 11. Once I turned off the "AMD User Experience Program" the cpu usage stood at a steady 9%. Hope it helps. Ja...
