This happened to me too, but I solved it by just restarting my computer twice.

I don't disagree with you on this. My confusion in the beginning was just beacause I wrongly assumed that the number actually was some kind of linear time.

I think it's a stand alone. Only 9 standard is listed under license details. But I bought it used myself, so I'm not completely sure.
