Re: Detect tempo of mutlitrack (NO AUDIO WARPING/QUANTISATION))

It can actually get ‘slightly’ more tricky than how I described it. ...... Many thanks for the fuller reply.... I just managed to give this a try and it seems to work fine for my purposes. I can see that I could become "messy" as you put it, but I'm only really trying to retain the original swing o...

Re: Alternatives to RokVid????

https://isotonikstudios.com/product/ebosuite-video-ableton-live-clips/ Would be one of your alternatives, it's currently Mac only but a windows version is being worked on... With the latest version it also operates with Syphon IN, so you can use the rest of our World Collection to create generative...

Alternatives to RokVid????

Hi all, Been using Max4LIve device RokVid within Live for a little while and whilst its a pretty fun plug-in there are a few things that hinder it from being usable in a more serious way... - No ability to bounce the processed video content created - No way of synching the video start to the Ableton...

Re: Detect tempo of mutlitrack (NO AUDIO WARPING/QUANTISATION))

Warp one. Duplicate the channel. Mute the warped channel. That’s how you can use master/slave without having your playback clips warped. Thanks for your reply.... Surely then there is no relationship between the original audio and the tempo 'map' that's been created leaving me essentially no furthe...

Re: Recording Multi-tracks into one track

As long as you have the individual audio tracks all mixed nicely then create a new audio track, set the I/O on the track to receive audio form the master and then record the session playback (don't forget 'record arm' at the bottom of the channel strip!) or Once mixed, export the session audio (muti...

Detect tempo of mutlitrack (NO AUDIO WARPING/QUANTISATION))

Hi, I'm doing a mix of some multi-track stems in Live and I cannot find a way to detect the tempo of the track without warping the original audio. I've already investigated the option of slaving the master tempo to a chosen stem (e.g. a drum loop), but a) that still requires me to warp said clip and...
