Not too sure you'll find a Non Edu Suite 10 at that price.
I've seen Edu versions go for around £300 on here and non-edu go for £350 - £450 at best.

If that's the case you should advertise it as simply "Ableton 10 Suite" as that's what it effectively is.

I have a Suite 9 licence but didn't realise you can't buy a pre-owned "Upgrade".
