Send parameter state to midi

Hi All,

Is there any way I can send the state of a particular parameter in Ableton (e.g. EQ activated/inactivated, sample playing, etc.) to a midi out signal?

Hi All, Has anyone had any experience of using 'Ms.Pinky' software with timecode vinyl in Ableton? Tap the BPM for a delay

Is it possible to 'tap in' the bpm for a delay on the delay module directly?
I want to do this without changing the global tempo for the project.
