If you meant you are upgrading from Live 9 suite to 10, you have no license to re-sell.
"Do not sell your old Live 1, Live 2, Live 3 etc., license after upgrading: It means selling your entire Live license!
The seller is transferring the Live license, which includes all versions, serial numbers ...
