Is there any way to display the list of the last actions/modifications performed on an ableton project?

Something like :
Track 3, Pan updated from 20L to 20R
Track 4, Volume updated from ....

Similar to the "History panel" in Photoshop for example.

The idea is to for example compare 2 ableton project backups, and determine which tracks have been updated, which clips, which automations and so on.
