Thank you for your time. That is basically exactly what I was looking for. It worked for 5mins now it just disables the macro1, whether it is already mapped or not. i want the knob to control the value of a macro, that is ontrolling the chain selector. Isnt it possible to map the knob onto the macro?

Opening it in Max gives me the result, but how do I integrate this in Live, how am I supposed to export it?

I am looking for an assignable midi knob, that I can turn in one direction endlessly, but when it has reached the value of 127 it should go back and start outputting from 0 on again. And viceversa.

does anyone have an idea, i searched through max 4 live devices, but could not find it yet.
