If it crashes on your system, I think it comes from your system, not Live.

If it were as you say it would not explain why at almost every beta release various "fixed a crash" notes appear.

Can you expand on what makes it crash when you go to the bathroom, maybe with some examples? I went to the bathroom twice yesterday and Live was still working when I got back.
