You can just perform a deep scan within Ableton.
Go to settings, Plugin, hold the "alt" key (that´s for windows, no idea what that might be for apple haha), and hit "rescan".
This will rescan all plugin thoroughly and after that all my Waves Plugin opened up again.

Most likely a reinstall is needed of Waves, I had the same issue, use the Waves Central app for this;

Quit any host application.
Launch Waves Central.
In the left bar, select the Settings page, then go to Uninstall.
Choose the plugin software version/s to remove and click Uninstall.
Once done ...

Latest version of Waves 12.7 wont open up in Live 11, but opens up just fine in Live 10.

Worked like a charm! The Fl studio driver is better than asio4all.
