Nope. It's still happening, one year and several updates later.

Amazing. Today the Buffer Shuffler decided not to work. Audio just passes through it dry. I click the Edit button to open it in Max and it works! I click Edit again to return to normal and it stops working again. All the other effects seem to be okay. I've quit and restarted, opened up a new session...

I'm finding if I tab to any application and back, even just the Finder, all the mp3s in my set start reloading/analysing, including the ones playing.
