Create a MIDI Effect Rack
Click Show Chain List button and create a Chain
Click Key button and key zone that Chain to cover only C3
Rename the Chain C4
Right-click the Chain List and select the option Show Names in MIDI Editor
Repeat for all notes.

Just doubling you can make exactly 128 Chains ...

is the problem solved after 7 years?
