Anyone know if it is possible to bring software instruments from GarageBand to Ableton? I love the classic female choir and the Ableton trial doesn't seem to really have any choir. Not sure if this is possible or not

I started using the Ableton Live 10 free 90 day trial for school, and any time I try to save my project (save, save as, collect all and save), the program infinitely buffers ("is not responding") and I have to force quit the software. This also happens when I try to open a live set from file > open ...
