Well I tried changing the sampling rate and it worked and stopped the clipping from happening but now I can't record in time with my music. It records a quarter second late.

I'm trying to record some vocals on Abletone Live 10 Lite and I haven't had any issues, but then my mic fell off my desk. After that anytime I try to record it will record about an 8th of a second before it cuts out for a 24th of a second and then record again. My audio looks like this. https://i.im...
