Just for clarification: You know that multi clip select re-name already exists? Just not with unique numbering.

In my case I do not want auto-numbering when re-naming multiple clips at once. So for me it is fine as it is.

When should we expect to see the option to duplicate tracks without its content in Ableton? This can be a major time saver. I do hope to see this feature in a future update!

Looks they don't get the need of it. I assume they do it to have each plugin ready to work when in live performances. What I 100% agree.
