Inside Live in Audio effects there is app called Tuner that might help you .

You need to make sure you have loaded the correct kk into live its got to be the Komplete kontrol VST.adg for it to work in an instrument rack .

I had the same problem no sound from other sources when asio was on then i came accross Voice meter bannana its donation software so you can get it for free but it is well worth a few £$.. search for a tutorial on how to install it properly and away you go .
