Same here, no response from 25th June for a defect identified by several vendors

Native Instruments support have said it's a bug with Ableton and will raise it with their support

Any chance of a video? I would love to see it in action. I can then raise it with Native Instruments without them blaming Ableton. Has anyone been able to get transport controls working in arrangement view? I have tried NI S61 and PreSonus Fader Port and all the transport controls do is move the arrangement insert marker, leaving the playhead in the same position. This means I can’t remotely control the start point of the song ...

This is driving me absolutely crazy using Ableton Live 10 and PreSonus Faderport Classic.

Once they become disconnected, all my controller does it move the arrangement insert marker. Utterly useless!!!
