waves crash
you have to install the waves in the ableton folder, but to use the same plugin with other vst aplication, install the waves again in other folder... this works...

Midi yoke
The midi yoke doent work fine with ableton live when using vst... Try use maple virtual midi cable.... if you need multi client midi driver, use musiclab midioverlan plus with the maple virtual midi cable... works very fine and light.....
