A project of mine has just started doing this and I have no idea why.

Anyone ever discover anything about it?

Curious if anyone else has come across this issue.

So far as I can tell it's only Arturia Pigments 3.5 in VST3 that crashes Ableton. VST2 loads fine.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled the newest version of Ableton but still crashing. I've emailed Arturia support as I assume it's on their end but ...

This is a fantastic tool!

Purchased and downloaded, had some issues with crashes but reached out to Hugo and received a response in minutes! He was able to make some tweaks and send me a new working version super quickly and it's now working with no issues.

I'm not sure how to do what you're asking exactly but I hope this helps.

You can add a lead in before the recording starts.

"You can set a count-in to have some time to get ready before the recording starts. For this click on the little chooser next to the metronome button and choose 1, 2 or 4 ...

Hey, so not sure if this helps you. I just set up several audio tracks and changed the input of each one to a different output (pad) from the Drum Rack post FX. Then arm each track (why did I not realize until now that you could do this?) And voila!
