Similar problems here on a Win11 machine with plenty of RAM. Getting CPU spikes and audio drop outs in Ableton. Only really started in the past week or so.

Is it just me or has Live 12 made adding devices WAY more of a hassle on Push 2? Subfolders used to open up when you paused on them with the encoders. I'm interested in something like this as well. I have several VST step sequencers that I don't want to start when the transport does, but rather later as I'm playing. I haven't been able to find anything that does this either. I'm guessing maybe it can't be done.
