I would consider badly shielded cables between interface and loudspeakers as a further possible culprit, too.

Different idea: Reduce the refresh rate of your nvidia card.

Last resort that I can imagine:

Disable the powermgmt. in the device manager for all USB devices / hubs.

IMO that's only the exclusive mode in your Windows audio settings.

And this is good because other audio sources as you've mentioned can generate issues with any DAW if they run in parallel.

Nevertheless it's possible - but not recommended - to switch off that exclusive mode.

Maybe the culprit are settings in your router. E.g. mine has a setting that allows or blocks communication between devices in the same wifi or LAN..
... or security settings on your notebook and your phones.

No issues on Windows at all. Again and again Mac users are punished for not using Apple apps only. In MASCHNE / Native Instruments forum its easy to find similar complaints as well. And if devs accomplish to be compatible then Apple releases a new OS version and the trouble starts again. Consequences?
