This seems to be a fault with the battery contacts. Its reading the battery charge status, but the main power tabs aren't properly seated.

Sounds reasonable.


Was this an upgrade? Or bought as a standalone? What are you using to charge the Push?
Do you have an alternative charger , eg USB C ...

Someone wrote that maybe a component is not seated well so I thought it might be worth to look inside.
I opened the Push and disconnected the battery and tried to boot the Push and it booted successfully without battery attached!

I connected the battery again and the Push still was able to boot ...

Controller mode with Ableton is still working.


No, that is also not working right. Everything lights up and the buttons are working, but the encoders are dead.
Software tab in settings says:

I think I managed to brick my Push 3 Standalone.
I tried to update to Push 2.1.11 and after Push downloaded and installed the software it restarted but is stuck on the screen with the Ableton Push logo since then (no flashing pads).
