Seriously, we could really use this functionality. Is this not a simple request? I would very much like to not have to purchase an entire other DAW just to be able to clearly see the film whilst using another app.

Agreed, this is a real pain to deal with. Sometimes I start Ableton and forget to turn on my interface first.
