Actually I'm finding that only some tracks have this problem, and when I use MidiYodi to look at the MIDI events, the notes in those tracks really *do* have strange lengths (i.e. they don't start and end at any normal, fractional division of a measure). Don't know why the MIDI tracks are screwed up ...

When I import MIDI files (mostly GM files that I download from the internet) into Ableton Live Lite (version 11.0.6) the notes never match up to the grid in the piano roll.
