Why there's no "crop sample" button on some audio tracks? And also I can't push "quantize". Like menu is shorter than on the others

Using licensed Live Suite 11 on mac os. So there's a problem. When I change drums in drum rack transpose automatically sets -13st. What can I do to fix it?

Using licensed Live Suite 11 on mac os. So there's a problem. When I am inserting new midi track, I get a track with samples and effects I used on other tracks, but without notes or any recorded clips. What's the problem and how I can get rid of it?
