Here is an image of the diagnostic I did. I was pushing really hard on the pads. I might be able to make a few more light up green but I don't want to press any harder, something is obviously broken. The ones showing zero did nothing at all so it seems that 11 are completely dead. I don't understand...

I have the Diagnostic Tool up and running, but I don't see an instruction file anywhere in the folders?
The only thing I found was the legal stuff.
