I thought pressing stop twice does MIDI panic. (But I could be wrong. Thought I heard that a few years back though, but I don't tend to get stuck notes) Pressing stop twice sends MIDI Controller 123 (All-Notes-Off). Note that the MIDI Spec mandates that the sustain pedal overrides All-Notes-Off. So...
