Very true, importing a full Live composition into Note would obviously present problems. But I agree, it would be nice to allow some kind of bi-direction within limits. I'm mostly looking at doing the midi recording / editing within Live as it's much easier but then still would love to be able to ...

Bi-directional Cloud Saves
I've been able to import a cloud save from Note into Live. However, once in Live, how do we save or sync so the changes can go back to the cloud and be loaded back into Note? Or is this not possible? Selecting "save" in Live just opens a typical save prompt to the local computer.

I'd say the most pressing needs would be:
Lighter interface option
Easier note editing (at least for ipad users, I know space is a premium on iphones)
Also (unless I'm still missing how to do this):
clip start/stop options similar to live
custom clip lengths

I think you are just trying to automate punching the distortion effect on and off over a previous recording? To do this, you have to assign Amplitude parameters to Ableton parameters.
