For my setup with my Motif ES8 I had to get this USB driver from Yamaha:

The ES8 is showing up in the Live's MIDI options, and in all the other DAW I have installed on my machine.

From your 3 examples, not knowing much about the artists and their favorite DAWs, I would say 99% can be produced with Suite only. No extra VST.

On average, nothing specific, how long does Push stay out of stock from the Ableton shop from time to time? I am not really expecting any specific answers, I was just wondering. Thanks.
