I agree. The question is: Why are those controllers slipping through quality control? It doesn't take a lot to finda faulty one. All you have to do is press all the pads, one by one. Did you read about the guy in Tbilisi, Georgia who had the same problem. He went back to the store and they opened 5 ...

Hopefully the new one I get won't have the same problem and I receive one like yours. I know some have the issue and some don't. Crossing my fingers!

I'm having the same issue, 2 or 3 pads stay stuck after pressing them, not always but when you least expect it. This is definitely a hardware issue.
