Push’s Browser only displays relevant folders, e.g it won’t give you access to Midi devices if you’re currently trying to add a device to an audio track.
Does it make sense? Are you observing something different ?


That does fit, mostly, but some things still don't display as I think they should ...

On my Push2, when I select "Add Device" or "Browse" the full list of choices that I see in the browser window of the Ableton application itself is not displayed on the Push.

If I understand your problem correctly you can drag and drop the project als file onto the RHS of the dock. When you wish to start Ableton with that specific project, just double click the project icon in the dock and hey-presto!
