Yup I can confirm I just updated my Gold Bundle to Version 5 and Live will crash after scanning the plugins--each of the Waves plugins names are displayed as they are scanned and then *poof* I plan ongetting Live 4 but I hope they (Waves & Ableton) can work to fix this.
