This is unacceptable. I like the new tag system. I really do. But it's far from perfect, I have over 950 meticulously Folder-placed plugins that is integral to my workflow, and I know that I am not alone in this.

You really, really need to make the legacy Folder-based Plugin organization an option.

Is this really just straight dropping Windows 8.1 support? Asking for a friend... Seriously though, is it just Windows 10 recommended, or not likely at all to function as intended on older OS's?

Also, on that note, it would be nice to have something like the arrangement window that you can open up on another monitor that doesn't actually figure into the arrangement.
