I want to use a vocal chain on UAD to perform live vocals while playing tracks from Ableton. What’s the best way to make this happen?

Revisiting an old topic which still left me with questions

Should I set each individual track to 0 when exporting my session for mix/master? Also, do I lower the master to -5 dbfs, or can I leave it at 0?

If I leave it a 0 the collective volume from each track makes the meter pass the 0 level ...

Sorry if this has been answered, but I am having the same issue. Lag hell, running Ventura at 128 buffer and nada. I am updating to Sonoma, hoping this will fix my issue. Not sure how one measly plugin like nectar 4 can bring my whole system on check?
