I downloaded MIDI OX, and found that the axiom is not being recognized by my computer.

I've written to M Audio support via the support form, and will update this post as to what they respond with.

Hi Everyone. Can anyone solve this?

1) Axiom 49 registers on Windows XP
2) Ableton lite produces sound within itself
3) I followed the directions to interface Axiom with Ableton from the help lessons
4) When I listen to my headphones, no sound when I touch keys on the Axiom.

I had an Oxygen 8 a while back, something was wrong with it from the beginning, and I never got my money back. I think these products are made at and substandard manufacturing factory in China, and if I had known that axiom 49 was made by the same company, I would never have purchased one. Now that ...
